The cryotherapy, also known as the cold therapy, helps you forget the pain, and yet rejoice and become young again. The cryostimulation is supposed to provide your body with the so-called physiological stress.
The course of cryotherapy
A few therapy stages
The systemic cryotherapy consists of 3 stages:
Preparation – the body must adapt to the cold.
Cryogenia – the whole body is subject to very low temperatures (approximately -120ºC) in the cryogenic chamber for maximally 3 minutes.
Cryorehabilitation – 30-minute circuit training in the fitness room.
We recommend a series of at least 10 treatments in the cryochamber.
